Guitar world acoustic magazines colour scheme is designed on the colours on a typical acoustice guitar, the background is in a dull yellow colour and the writing is in either black, white or red. I think the picture of Tenacious D on the front make it seem lively and more exciting than what you would expect from an acoustic guitar magazine. The font is informal with rounded edges to make it more smooth and easy on the eye and it is clear and easy to read. The image of the man impaled by the guitar gives it a gruesome edge and indicates it is for the older audience.
